The Founders Circle combines entrepreneurial education, mentorship, leadership development, and venture creation to help individuals build meaningful organizations and fulfilling lives.
Our approach is grounded in practical experience rather than theory alone. Participants learn by doing—developing ventures, solving real-world challenges, and gaining hands-on exposure to the skills required to build and lead sustainable organizations.
Drawing from Silicon Valley entrepreneurial culture, Oxford-inspired critical thinking, and real-world venture-building experience, we focus on developing not only successful ventures, but capable people.
Alongside venture development, we emphasize personal growth, accountability, communication, resilience, leadership, relationship-building, and the life skills necessary to navigate uncertainty and create lasting success.
We believe entrepreneurship is more than starting companies. It is a mindset that encourages initiative, problem-solving, adaptability, and lifelong learning. These skills can strengthen businesses, careers, communities, and individual lives.

ETHAN H. LOVELACE-KENT
Building Entrepreneurs Through Education, Teamwork, and Venture Creation
I work with founders, innovators, and emerging leaders who are committed to transforming ideas into meaningful ventures and lasting impact.
Raised between the Monterey Peninsula and Silicon Valley, I grew up surrounded by entrepreneurs, builders, and operators creating companies across industries and stages of growth. That environment provided an early understanding of how successful ventures emerge—not simply through great ideas, but through collaboration, mentorship, disciplined execution, and the ability to bring the right people together around a shared vision.
My background spans business development, venture incubation, community leadership, and organizational growth across nonprofit, corporate, and entrepreneurial environments. Throughout my career, I have helped develop programs, build partnerships, support founders, and create pathways that connect people with opportunities, resources, and networks that accelerate growth.
I am currently pursuing studies in Political Economy through Oxford University, with additional coursework in entrepreneurship, venture creation, innovation, funding, and incubation through institutions including Stanford and the University of London. This combination of entrepreneurship, economics, policy, and systems thinking has shaped my belief that successful ventures are built not only through execution, but through understanding the broader environments in which they operate.
The Founders Circle was created around a simple idea: entrepreneurship can be taught, practiced, and strengthened through experience. While technical knowledge matters, many of the most important entrepreneurial skills are human skills—leadership, communication, accountability, resilience, critical thinking, teamwork, and the ability to navigate uncertainty.
Drawing upon Silicon Valley entrepreneurial culture, experiential learning, mentorship, and collaborative venture development, The Founders Circle helps participants learn by doing. Individuals are encouraged to engage with real projects, real teams, and real opportunities where education and execution occur simultaneously.
Our focus extends beyond business formation. We seek to develop capable people who can create value within companies, organizations, communities, and society. Through mentorship, entrepreneurial education, leadership development, and venture-building opportunities, participants gain practical experience while developing the confidence, judgment, and skills needed to lead effectively.
We believe entrepreneurship is fundamentally a team sport. Great ventures are rarely built alone. They emerge when talented people learn to collaborate, communicate, solve problems together, and align around meaningful goals.
